2) After payment, please visit our "Gift Certificate Order Form" (by clicking on this blue link) and provide the details of the person to receive the Gift Certificate; Choose your therapist: Steve Wagner, Robin Peterson, Amy Foster, Lori Riddle, or Dawn Adams; State the method of delivery for your gift certificate - pick up, regular mail or email.
